Safety and content removal

You do not need an account or membership to report content. Send requests to help@heal.earth. Include links or content identifiers so we can find the material. Do not attach illegal imagery, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services; this inbox is not an emergency service.

Nonconsensual intimate images and deepfakes

If an intimate photo, video, or realistic digital forgery depicts you without your consent, you or your authorized representative can request removal. Email help@heal.earth with the subject “URGENT: Intimate image removal request”. Opening the link starts an email; your request is sent only when you send that email.

Include:

• Your name and a way to contact you, such as an email address.
• The links, Pin IDs, or other information reasonably sufficient to locate each photo or video on Heal Earth Club.
• A brief statement that you have a good-faith belief the identified intimate material was published without your consent, and facts supporting that belief.
• Your physical or electronic signature, which may be your typed name. If acting for someone else, identify that relationship and your authority.

We will remove qualifying material within 48 hours after receiving a valid request under the TAKE IT DOWN Act and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that period. These requests receive priority over ordinary moderation reports. We may request missing information needed to evaluate a notice. We do not require membership, payment, or a court order to submit a request. This process covers real imagery and qualifying digitally created or altered imagery.

Child safety and threats

For suspected child sexual exploitation, use the subject “URGENT: Child safety” and provide the location and a short description. Do not download, forward, or email the imagery itself. We may restrict access, preserve relevant information, and report apparent violations to NCMEC’s CyberTipline when required by applicable law. Reports involving threats or exploitation are escalated for urgent review.

Other reports and appeals

Use an item’s report action or email us for harassment, impersonation, doxxing, fraud, spam, privacy violations, or other community-rule violations. Include the content location, reason, and relevant context. Do not submit knowingly false reports or retaliate against a reporter. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts based on severity and history. Immediate action may occur without advance notice when necessary for safety, security, or law.

To appeal a moderation decision, email “Moderation appeal” with your account identifier, the affected content, and why you believe the action was mistaken. We will review the information; an appeal does not guarantee restoration. We may withhold details that expose a reporter, reveal sensitive security measures, or interfere with a legal obligation. Reports and appeals are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
