HEAL EARTH CLUB LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026 · Last updated October 30, 2026

Heal Earth Club LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the Club”) operates Heal Earth Club, including its website, browser extension, and Roku client. This policy explains how we handle information when you use these services. Contact help@heal.earth for privacy questions or requests.

1. Information we handle

  • Account information: Google account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile information you provide. Google processes your Google sign-in; we do not receive your Google password.
  • Your content and activity: uploaded images, audio, videos, documents, Pins, boards, saved items, comments, messages, reactions, reports, preferences, and associated metadata. Some reading data and preferences may be stored only on your device.
  • Authentication and security: session records, passkey public keys and credential metadata, connected extension and Roku sessions, and temporary sign-in or rate-limit records. Fingerprints, facial images, and other passkey biometric verification data remain with your device or credential provider; we do not receive them.
  • Technical information: network addresses, request times, browser or device information, error and security logs, and service usage information processed by our infrastructure providers.
  • Support requests: information you send us when asking for help, requesting account changes, or reporting content.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and authenticate accounts; host, organize, share, and stream content; deliver messages and requested features; remember preferences; respond to support requests; prevent abuse; investigate reports; troubleshoot the service; and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, consent for optional features, or legal obligations.

3. Public and restricted content

Profiles and new boards are public by default unless an available visibility control specifies otherwise. Public profile information and public content may be visible to other users and, where publicly accessible, people outside the service. Check each board’s visibility before posting. Private boards restrict ordinary user access; authorized collaborators may access shared content. Saving a public Pin to a private board does not make the original Pin private.

Messages and private content are not represented as end-to-end encrypted. Authorized service administration, support, security investigations, and legal compliance may require access. People who receive or view content can retain copies; changing visibility or deleting an item cannot remove copies others have already made.

4. Service providers and external services

We use Cloudflare for hosting, database, file storage, security, and optional AI processing, and Google for Google sign-in. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate. Where legally required, applicable safeguards must be used for international transfers.

External media, embedded content, linked websites, and third-party streaming sources may receive your network address and device information when contacted. Their own privacy policies apply. Using the Roku client also involves Roku’s device and platform services, governed by Roku’s policies.

When you use Ask AI, the conversation text and any page context you choose to include are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. Avoid including sensitive information you do not want processed this way. Browser voice search requires microphone permission; your browser or operating-system speech service may process audio under its own policies. The app uses the recognized text for your search.

5. Cookies and device storage

We use cookies and device storage for sign-in, remembered accounts, security, preferences, and local features such as reading data and unsent extension selections. The Roku client stores a sign-in token in device storage. You can sign out, revoke connected devices, clear browser or device storage, or use available permission settings. Clearing storage may remove local-only content and preferences.

6. Disclosure and advertising

We disclose information as needed to provide the features you request, to service providers, to people you share with, and when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, security, or protection of rights. We may disclose relevant information in a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the current service does not use advertising tracking.

7. Retention and deletion

Account information and hosted content are retained as needed to provide the service until removed or a deletion request is fulfilled, subject to legal, security, dispute, and operational needs. Authentication records have expiry periods, and cleanup may occur after expiry rather than immediately. Logs, backups, and legally preserved records may remain longer than live content. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline for every data category.

You can remove supported content in the app and revoke connected TVs, extensions, and passkeys through available security settings. For account deletion or a privacy request, email help@heal.earth from your account email. We may verify your identity before acting. Deleting local-only reading data may also require clearing it from each device.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Settings include a download of app data available in your current account view; it may not include every server record. Contact us for a broader request or to appeal a response where applicable. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will handle requests within applicable legal requirements and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

9. Children and security

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. No online service can guarantee absolute security; keep account and device credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

10. Membership acceptance, reports, and legal records

We record your account ID, the accepted terms version, acceptance time, and your declaration that you are at least 18. We use these records to administer membership and demonstrate the agreement; we do not collect a biometric sample or identity document through this acceptance form.

Safety, removal, and appeal requests may include your contact information, signatures, content locations, and relevant evidence. We use that information to evaluate and respond, document decisions, prevent repeat abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Relevant report information may be shared where required by law or needed to fairly address a complaint, while protecting sensitive reporter information where appropriate. We limit access to sensitive reports to those who need it for handling or compliance.

Agreement records may be retained after account closure as reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights. Report records and associated evidence may also be retained for investigations, repeat-abuse enforcement, legal holds, and mandatory preservation periods. A deletion request does not override a valid legal preservation obligation. Contact help@heal.earth for information about retention applicable to your request. We do not promise that local app data exports include these legal or security records.

Use the public Safety and Content Removal page for urgent requests. Do not send illegal images or unnecessary identity documents. We may need limited verification to prevent an unauthorized disclosure or deletion; we will explain what is needed for a request.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date above. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent for material changes. The operator is Heal Earth Club LLC.
